Shipping Information

All orders received before 2:30pm will be shipped the same day. You may select shipping other than standard by giving us special shipping instructions in the comment box on the order form. 

U.S. Mainland.

Shipping within the 48 contiguous states will be made using UPS ground or USPS Priority. UPS does not make delivery to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure you have a physical address in your ship-to information. For faster services, please note that desire in the comment box of the order form. We will do all we can to accommodate your needs. Extra charges for these will be added to your total at the time of shipment.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin islands.

Shipments to these locations are made via US Parcel Post service. Charges are based on the total weight of your order. If you would like another shipping service, please make note of it in the order comments box at time of checkout. Additional Shipping charges will be added at the time of shipment.

International Shipments.

Standard shipping is provide Air Parcel Post service, which usually delivers in less than a week, depending on your country. Faster delivery services are available by requesting them in the comments box on your order form. Additional Shipping charges will be added at the time of shipment.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item please call us at 800 771-2246 to receive your Return Authorization number. Any product returned without prior approval will be returned to shipper. Customer is responsible for return postage. All request for refunds or exchange must be made within 30 days from date of purchase.
